Eric is responsible for all growth, culture, and leadership of ITPS' portfolio of companies.
Prior to ITPS, Eric served at Netech Corporation as the General Manager for Pennsylvania and Northern Ohio markets (Netech was acquired by Presidio). Additionally, Eric lead North American Sales for Fiberlink Communications (MaaS360), which was acquired by IBM. He has also held many leadership positions at Oracle, Microsoft, and SalesForce.
Eric serves on the Executive Juvenile Diabetes Committee and the CIO Council of Pittsburgh, and also volunteers as a youth basketball coach.

Dave is responsible for all financial aspects of ITPS' Portfolio of Companies.
Dave has been responsible for the funding of over a dozen successful companies spanning various industries. Dave held the position of Senior Vice President at First Union Capital Markets and Ferris Baker Watts. He later co-founded American Defense Systems, Better Solutions, American Scientific Resources, and more recently, Coeptis Pharmaceuticals.
Dave is active in the International Myeloma Foundation and is the Program Head Coach of the North Pittsburgh Ironmen football organization. He attended the University of Pittsburgh.

Bill retired from PNC in 2015 after 36 years, most recently as Executive Vice President in the Information Technology business.
Bill’s career with PNC advanced from technical expertise in his early years, through progressively growing leadership roles. As the IT Executive in charge of Corporate Data Center Operations and Technology infrastructure for the company, his experience includes leading infrastructure design and engineering, technology operations and resiliency services, and consolidation/integration of data centers acquired though the Bank’s M&A activities.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys golfing and traveling with this wife. Together, they are committed to ongoing support of charities that promote animal wellness.

Jim is responsible for all business regarding Lefcon, and also serves as the EVP and CTO for ITPS' Portfolio of Companies.
Jim has over 25 years of experience in IT with a focus on virtual technologies, remote management, and network consulting. Prior to starting his own company, he worked as an IT Director at the University of Pittsburgh.
Jim serves as a state certified Paramedic and volunteer at Ross/West View EMSA and is a member of the Pennsylvania DMAT-PA1 Disaster Team.
Jim graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's in Information Technology, and a Master's in Health Information Management.

Chris is responsible for overseeing business development, strategic planning, client business solutions, and recruiting for BluChip Solutions.
Prior to BluChip, Chris spent more than 13 years as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for iGATE Mastech. His expertise and leadership qualities led the company’s early organic growth from $25 million to $100 million in five years, it's Initial Public Offering, and expansion to a $500M North American business.

Pam is responsible for Sales in the Commercial Business Unit of ITPS.
Pam brings more than 25 years of Information Technology sales and sales management experience to ITPS having spent a successful career with IBM, Dell, and EMC. Pam has worked with a cross section of products, industries, and clients. She maintains excellent customer relationships and strong sales skills and has in depth experience in team motivation and leadership.
Pam is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in Business Administration and a MBA from Indiana University, Bloomington, IN.

Eric is in charge of Engineering and Architecture for the Commercial Business Unit of ITPS.
Prior to joining ITPS, Eric was responsible for managing, maturing, and driving the global Enterprise Architecture competency at Mylan Laboratories. He and his team acted as a liaison in building strong partnerships with various stakeholders in the business as well as IT leaders to increase alignment of IT solutions and business strategies. Additionally, Eric spent over 15 years at IBM and EDMC.
Eric graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Communications and Information Systems from Robert Morris University.

Jim has over 35 years of IT experience including 16 years at the CIO level for a Pittsburgh-based international IT centric firm. Although his concern was with various levels of technology, Jim was also responsible for delivering critical, highly available IT services to external enterprise-sized organizations. His other areas of expertise and interest include data center infrastructure, system development, and disaster recovery. In 2010, Jim was named Pittsburgh’s Enterprise CIO of the Year.
He also serves on various advisory boards at the University of Pittsburgh.

Maura is responsible for all Marketing and Brand for ITPS’ Portfolio of Companies.
Before signing on at ITPS, Maura worked as a Marketing Director at Netech Corporation, where she was responsible for all commercial marketing efforts including successfully launching a new brand in multiple markets. Previously, Maura worked in product marketing and also as a multimedia manager.
Maura is involved in the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program, actively participating as a “big sister.” She also trains horses and teaches riding lessons.
Maura graduated from Duquesne University where she received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Journalism and Multimedia. She was also a member of the Equestrian Team.

Lebron, or Bron for short, is an English Bulldog who is responsible for all canine activities for all Business Units within ITPS.
His main duties include patrolling the office for troublemakers, keeping an eye out for deliveries, cleaning up the kitchen floor when there is a spill, and boosting morale.
In his free time, Lebron enjoys sleeping, making duck noises, and of course, watching basketball.
